  I was there for a tournament with my son and it was great. from the time i checked in to the time i checked out it was great. when i got to the hotel to check in i had forgot my maps to the arenas at home and the reception girl was just great she got me three maps that showed me where all the arenas were in the area it was great.

  I was staying there as I was a witness in a high profile murder trial (stressful). My cable services didn't work and my computer quit due to problems with your server. X (staff member) couldn't have been nicer. She did everything she could to make it alright including personally delivering to my room, a plateful of treats. I have never experienced that level of excellent service!

  I was there with the police conference and the lady manager Kathy Kwlaitter was just great. Everytime we needed something she was there. We needed the room changed and she did it with one of the porters in no time flat. She was just great.

  I wes here at this hotel with my family and it was great. I always knew that Holiday Inn was a family oriented hotel but this one is the best I've ever been to. The desk staff were great with my kids and the manager at the time helped me when i couldnt take my kids swimming due to swimming lessons. The manager at the time brought my kids cookies and milk because they couldnt go swimming. She even delivered them to my door. Now that is service.
