  Overall rating was less than excellent only because of Housekeeping. After a full day away our room was not touched. We had to ask for towels. Same thing the next day. Small things like coffee, shampoo, cups, were not provided. Just annoying little things, but we expected them. Front desk staff,bar, lounge, restaurant service was excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement.

  After standing waiting for the airport shuttle and watching other hotels' buses drive by more than once, i was frustrated. the desk clerk seemed to be doing me a favor ...

  After standing waiting for the airport shuttle and watching other hotels' buses drive by more than once, I was frustrated. The desk clerk seemed to be doing me a favor by checking me in. A lamp in my room was burned out, and there was mold growing in the bathtub area. The kicker was a cockroach crawling out from between cushions of our seats at breakfast, and we weren't offered any concessions despite complaining to both the waitress and the front desk. I will never stay in this hotel, and will carefully check reviews for all Holiday Inns after this experience.

  It is clear this hotel is well-visited, by the wear of the room. But, it was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and my colleague and I enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant - the quality of food was much better than I expected. The bartender, Lou, was friendly and gave us good ideas for seeing the city while we were in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends - the nearby light rail took us straight into the city, but we were in a quiet area, even though the hotel is almost adjacent to the airport.
  
  I look forward to another good experience on my next trip to Baltimore. Thank you.

  For the most part it was pleasant, no bugs around. i slept well, however fier alarms went off and i had to leave out of the hotel in my pj' ...

  For the most part it was pleasant, no bugs around. I slept well, however fier alarms went off and I had to leave out of the hotel in my PJ's - false alarm and constant knocks at door and phone calls asking when am I checking out! Very disturbing!
