  Room looked nice but faucet handle stripped, alarm clock broken, smoke detector gone. housekeeping didn't show up 2 of 5 days because 'do not disturb' sign not removed until ...

  Room looked nice but faucet handle stripped, alarm clock broken, smoke detector gone. Housekeeping didn't show up 2 of 5 days because 'do not disturb' sign not removed until 11AM. Another day housekeeping didn't restock towels, cups, Kleenex. Day clerk rude to caller when asked to take a message (voice mail didn't work?) Breakfast offering was 2 cold cereals, mini-donuts and stale cinnamon rolls. Somebody put some money into facility...originally nice, but now has feel of a place trying to get by on the cheap.

  The hotel staff were kind and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms are in need of a little TLC but it was clean and we felt safe. Many other travelers staying here as well. Enjoyed time at pool meeting new folks.
