I have stayed here in the past and it was ok. However when my family and I came back this summer, I was shocked. I guess all Holiday Inns are improving and this one is no exception. They completly renovated the lobby and entrance, hallways, room bathrooms, added fridges and microwaves, renovated exercise room, added guest laundry facility, etc. The rooms were clean and as always, the service was flawless. If your going to Augusta, this is the place to stay.

Facility is good but the staff is what set it above the other hotels I've stayed in around Augusta. Clean comfortable rooms and a good restaurant that provides room service. I needed assistance with takeing some boxes over to the civic center where my meeting was and the desk clerk offered to give me a ride before I asked for help. Knowing I flew into town and had no vehicle, that anticipating of needs is what sets them apart. Thank you for a great stay.

this was not a pleasant stay for the price we paid. rooms were very small. bathwarm has no fans what so ever. room are very old fashion and not clean. was told it was a smoking room but was not. only service you had was old coffee. there is a saying in bathroom it is perferred that u reuse your towel. but if u did not want to it was no problem.HELLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. TAKE MY WORD. AS FAR AS TV U HAVE 36 AND HALF DO NOT WORK

Well worn facility, to include the small lobby area with somewhat questionable characters hanging out in lobby, night staff person discussing personal issues and problems with patrons. Rooms are dated, not particularly clean, carpets need replacing in common areas. Paper thin walls. No indoor pool or workout facilty. Would never stay here again. Not a good deal pricewise.
