My family and I are from Little Rock AR. We were heading to California for a vacation. We happen to land in Farmington NM when we decided to find a hotel to sleep over night after traveling over 800 miles. We were exhausted. We decided to check out America's Best Value Inn. There front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. They suggested great places for dinner as well. We also got to meet the managers, who also displayed great hospitality and helped us with our luggage to our room. The rooms were great as well they had a fridge, a microwave, and HBO!!! We felt very much at home. Thanks again! Hopefully we'll see you on our way bak home!

This motel is mostly used by traveling laborers and construction workers and is not comfortable for a woman traveling alone. Lots of ogling. I only saw one other woman staying here. Not very clean, exercise equipment broken, pool closed, ""spa"" very uncomfortable, noisy pipes and hallways. Doors to outside say they are locked but locks are broken. The breakfast was standard motel fair down a notch or two. Over-priced for what you get. Staff is abrupt.

We were told that they had kitchens and 2 room suites, and was given a price, then when we got here they changed everything. No kitchen, suites are $100.00 a night. Would not give any discounts for the extended stay on the suites. Maid service only comes 1 day a wk. Breakfast is not free as advertised, must pay up to $30.00 extra a week. There is a pet fee of $50.00 a week. The beds are horrilbe. Some of the staff act like you are just lucky to be here. And speak to you like you are beneath them. This place just plan sucks!!!! Do not stay here for long peroids.

The people at the front desk acted like we annoyed them by showing up. The king size bed was like sleeping on a table top. The room was crowded and the free breakfast was a joke. When the people in the next room took a bath it was so loud that it sounded like they were in our bathroom. The noise from the adjoining bar was terrible. I'm glad we only had this room for one night. Maybe it's changed owners since the other good reviews. But I certainly can't recommend it.

We drove all day (arrived at 4:30 p.m.) and were told the 2nd floor rooms were not ready. Check-in time was 3 p.m. We could either come back in two hours or pay $* more to stay in the ""ready"" rooms on the 1st floor. Much discussion and three calls to managers, we were begrudgingly assigned a 1st floor room. Clerk simply didn't want to be there and almost refused to communicate. TV was not set up correctly and got no help from desk. Room was clean. Bath drain clogged. Hotel badly overrated by other travellers. Really bad service. We felt like intruders.
