I booked this hotel because it was on the beach and near a conference I was attending. I knew that I would not be spending much time there. The front desk staff was courteous, maid service was efficient, and the dining room provided a good choice of food with generous servings. My only complaint was the overall noise level in my room, caused predominately by party-goers who were congregating in the hallways, rather than in their rooms. This went on until 1 - 2 AM. I was a little surprised that the hotel management did nothing to try to get them to either go elsewhere or go to one of the rooms.

If you want beachfront, not near the beach, not close to the beach, but on the beach this is your spot. No hidden charges, i.e. resort fees (which could be $20 per day at some places), no parking fees ( which also could be upwards of $25 per day), no hassles getting a lounge at the pool, so the rate that is quoted is the rate you pay. Easy access to I95 if you are driving. Beautful rooms, clean pool, Fly to West Palm Beach Airport, it's closer than Ft Lauderdale and less crowded. Restaurant was busy and reasonable. Easy access from self park, also. All in all this place doesn't nickel and dime you, no extra charges and has a refrigerator in the room for easy breakfast or sandwiches you can make yourself with food from the Publix down on the main road. If you are staying more than a day or two, I would recommend buying a beach chair and umbrella at the CVS that is in the same parking lot as the Publix, since the beach has a concession that charges $30 per day for 2 for a cabana. The area is quiet, near condos and no other hotels, so if you are looking for a party scene. this is not for you. There were plenty of children and teens around, well behaved and enjoying the pool and hot tub. All in all a great experience. GO!

This hotel was a little hard to find for me, but we finally managed it. The entire hotel staff was extremely accomodating, very knowledgeable, very friendly as well as polite. The room was immaculate, and well furnished. The restaurant served a fabulous Saturday night dinner after a full day on the hotel's beach, as well as a Sunday brunch that was very good, and very inclusive.
Even the couple running the "chair-rental" concession on the beach were very friendly.
One of the best hotels I've stayed in, in Southern Florida, and I will definitely be back...
I can't think of a single, possible negative thing to say abouit this hotel, other than my stay was too short.
