There is nothing Executive or Suite; about this hotel. The place needs sprucing up - the lobby was shabby, the pool was drained. Since we only needed a bed to sleep in. But I'll never go back.

There is no pride in ownership with this hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel I was met with a rank smell and an unkempt and outdated lobby. The lounge furniture was old and nasty looking (there were arm covers probably to cover holes in the furniture - the covers did not match the fabric on the furniture);. At first glance, my room appeared decent enough - though I was leery after seeing the lobby area. After we were settled in (I wish I had gotten my money back) we started noticing more: the ceiling was collapsing in the bathroom, they had half-attempted to repair with a painted piece of wood which was also starting to fall. The bathroom had not been adequately cleaned for some time;floor and toilet dirty - hair on wall. There was a large wad of drywall plaster on the bathroom door. We ran out of toilet paper immediately and there was no extra roll - also no kleenex. One of the chairs in the room was stained and nasty - no way would I have sat in it. There was food under one of the beds. The boxsprings were stained and old - the fabric underneath was dry rotting from age and torn and hanging to the floor. I was afraid to look at the top mattress;it was covered well with mattress cover. To top it all off - their free continental breakfast was was a joke.....sugary cereal, milk, juice & bananas. The only good things I can say about my experience is that the air was nice and cold and the owner offered a 10% discount when I politely told him I was not pleased with the accommodations and the room was dirty.
