I have stayed at this facility before when it was under the direction of a different hotel chain. I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrading done to the hotel since that stay. The room was spacious with enough thick. good-sizsed towels and pillows (My husband and I both require extra pillows to sleep because of medical problems). The bed was comfortable and had sufficient blankets. The hot breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All over the hotel was clean and well maintained. I plan to book more stays at this hotel. I have rental properties in Tennessee and have to make monthly trips to oversee them.

Was given a smoking room, bathroom ceiling falling down, switched to another room said to be a executive room ( well they need to know what executive means) at least the ceiling wasn't falling. They said they were still remodeling.. Pool was nice for kids with a water slide but that was it. The lobby was beautiful but youcan't sleep in the lobby, so don't let that fool you. I wouldn't waste my money and stay there.

Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating.
The hotel has been refurbished and is under new ownership since the previous review. We plan to stay here again in July! -

Requested a non-smoking room with a pet and was given a dirty room in the smoking section of the hotel. Carpets were soiled, bathtub was disgusting. Staff refused to issue a refund; instead issued $20 credit.
