  We stayed her on a recent Saturday night in July 09. We live in the area and got the rooms to celebrate our daughter's birthday with a few of her friends. We booked our rooms through central reservation and the information we were given at the time of booking versus what we got at check-in were completely different. The attitude of the front desk clerk who checked us in was extremely appalling. I have had better reception from a cheap motel clerk, than the eye-rolling and comments made by this individual. If it weren't for the fact that we were there for our daughter's birthday, we would have left immediately. Although another clerk ;possibly the manager?; finally fixed the situation it was not until after we were told that it was entirely our fault because we booked through the central reservation line and we should have called the hotel directly. So, they basically took no responsibility and we were supposed to just be grateful to them for the hard time that they gave us. The rooms themselves were clean and nice. But, the pool area was practically unusable by families as it is extremely overcrowded with young kids without any adult supervision.

  Upon checkin at the hotel the approach that I receive upon checkin was very outstanding; my whole entire trip was worth while visit 3 times per year to shop at Aurora Farm Outlet and Beachwood Place two shopping area I tremendously adore price great and everyone is friendly.

  If you are easy to please, then this hotel is excellent. The staff was hospitable but cleanliness was a little slack if you look for those type of things, with a magnifying glass. The overall visual appearance was quite pleasant.
