  We were in #306, were awakened at 3:00 a.m. to a loud noise in the next room. listened for 1 1/2 hours, went to the front desk. ...

  We were in #306, were awakened at 3:00 A.M. to a LOUD noise in the next room. Listened for 1 1/2 hours, went to the front desk. They said that it was the maintenance room next to us. Had MANY complaints about it in the past. Could do NOTHING about it. Could move us to a new room on the first floor. Was unacceptable. Said they would credit us for our problems. Credited us less than $15. Went on for 3 hours. It was the water heater in the room next to us. I emailed management about disappointment, NEVER got a response back.
