  The day we arrived I attempted to use the computers in the business office. A young boy was playing on one, and the other would not boot on. I called the desk for assistance, and was told ""I am busy and cannot help you."" Went back to the room to relax and turn on the TV, but the cable was out. Called the desk and weas told that the cable ""was sick"" and did not know when it would be fixed (was not fixed to until the next day). I found the front desk staff to be ""cold"" and not supportive at all. The room was clean but small, and amenities very few.
