This is not a new property, but it is well maintained. It's also a "holidome" with a large enclosed area. Check-in was courteous and fast and they made sure we knew about a wedding reception to be held in the dome area. The indoor pool and spa was nice. It appeared that there was a large birthday party crowd there who probably weren't registered guests - and used up all the towels - but it was still pretty good. We tried to use the breakfast buffet but the two employees in the cashier area never seem to see our party of three. After standing by the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign for much longer than was necessary, we left and ate at McDonald's.

Loved the beds and the pillows. Hotel has a great breakfast which was included in the stay. The staff was sincere and caring, Indoor pool is good for kids. We had a pool side room, watched the kids play in the holidome. They had fun, it was nice to see they had security at night. We were passing though and just pulled in wondering because it is a older style Holiday Inn. But once you get in it is totally different.

The staff was friendly, courtious, and very helpful. We went to Jonesboro for a graduation, the hotel was located central to the activities we had planed for the time we were there. There was an event in the holidome area on night we were there & they advised us of it upon check in, because we had inside rooms(it was a little loud). The service in the dinning room is better during the week than weekend (free hot breakfast bar), because of fewer guest eating late-8:30 to 9:30am. The hot breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:30am with a nice slection of food. The house keeping department is quite accomidating as is the rest of the staff. Over all if I were to go back to Jonesboro I would stay there again.

I often stay at this hotel while visiting my family in Jonesboro. The staff is very friendly and accomodate my requests. The pool/hot tub are in excellent condition. This hotel is one of the few that actually serve a good breakfast.
