After what I thought was pretty thorough researching on a good hotel in Great Falls, I selected the Holiday Inn and booked a poolside room. After checking in, I proceeded to my room and as I approached the pool it was cordoned off and filled with construction workers, Even with my door closed, I would be hard pressed even to hear myself think. I asked for a room switch - okay, but the new room had noisy banging pipes that kept me up all night. To drown that out, I had on the air conditioner which was almost as noisy. When that shut off, the TV was then so loud, I almost jumped out of my skin. Housekeeping needs to do their job - both rooms had garbage on the floors - under one table there were McDonald's food wrappers and containers - now that should be pretty hard not to miss you would think. A total disappointment on my first trip to Great Falls.

I just stayed at the Holiday Inn Great Falls on a business trip and had the best night sleep I have had in a while traveling. The bedding seemed new and the pillows were great. The location of the hotel is very convenient. I will definetely stay at this location again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn while at a family reunion in Great Falls. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. Alot of hotel pool areas can be dissapointing but this one was very clean and large in size. The staff was very friendly . The hotel seemed to be going through some small renovations but we were never disturbed by noise or messy working areas. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back in the fall.
