Very disappointed - I booked 2 rooms for my brother, his wife and my husband and myself. Two other race team members booked rooms as well, although their rooms were not great they were not the horror we found ours in! Both my brothers room and our room had ceilings that had mildew scattered throughout the room (especially bathrooms), wall paper peeling off the walls, dirty carpets and old air conditoners that were very noisy. Our room also had a broken vanity counter top and a broken light fixture in the bathroom. The shocker is that even after having the Manager of Housekeeping go up to verify our complaint and hearing her personally tell the desk clerk that I was correctly describing the room AND the housekeeper telling her that they should give my money back -- al I got was: We did not know the rooms were that bad, because no one has told us before. She said that the Owner would have to authorize the money to be credited back to my credit card and to call him later that day. I called, his answer was he would have to call me back tomorrow. He NEVER called! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until Tuesday to call him back. I was given his voicemail, where I left a message for him to call me. He has not called ...it is Saturday - I week later! Mold is a health hazard ...there is no valid excuse for these rooms ever being rented and no excuse for Management of this Quality Inn not doing the right thing by refunding my money. My biggest concern is that these mold/mildew ridden rooms will continue to be rented to unsuspecting guest and someone end up sick!!!!!!! Horrible Experience!
