Among the most enjoyable hotel stays I have had. The staff was friendly and the hot buffet breakfast a treat. The room was large and the king size bed extremely comfortable. Internet access was provided free of charge in their business center. All in all, I don't think our four day stay could have been more enjoyable, especially at such and excellent price.

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and so stayed again this year. The facility has gone down in quality to a point I would never go back. Staff were not helpful, water pressure very low, air conditioner poor, lobby and hallways not clean. I was very disappointed. Further, the hotel is near the ampitheater and the crowds take over the hotel parking lot during events, with no sign the hotel looks after guests first. I had to park 2 blocks away when I returned at night. Never again. There are better hotels in the area at similar rates.

We didn't use the fitness facility, the meeting rooms or the pool, but they looked very nice. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was absolutely fantastic. Made us decide we need a new mattress when we got home. The towels were big and fluffy, just the way we like them. Breakfast offered excellent selections and was very nicely presented in a comfortable, roomy setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location worked out quite well for us. It offers easy access to the Interstates, but is set back from the road noise in a nice, quiet area that is mostly businesses. The hotel interior and exterior looked new (paint, furnishings, etc.), but I could have sworn I saw a review that said it has been there a while. I asked at the front desk, and it turns out it is in the process of being renovated, but we never heard any noise that would indicate that, nor did we see any obvious signs that renovations were being done. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we'll be sure to stay there again when in the St. Louis area. I'd recommend the hotel to my friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

While the area was nice and the location quiet, we were generally underwhelmed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were their weakest point. They still use the nasty bedspreads that don't get washed, and the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the matteress. However, the rooms were generally clean and the mattress itself was comfortable. The decor could stand an update, but it wasn't bad, just quite bland. We would stay there in a pinch, but the room rates are similar to a Hampton Inn and Hamptons are much nicer.

The hotel is very clean and service was great. They have a nice free breakfast. I also liked that it wasn't in the middle of the busy city but it was close enough to everything that it only took afew minutes to get somewhere.
