  The staff could not be nicer. Always cheerful and friendly. The hot breakfast was great. It was more than sufficient for what we normally eat for breakfast and saved us from having to eat out somewhere. That's always a big plus. The room was fine for our needs, but the carpet could REALLY stand to be cleaned. When entering the bathtub in the morning to shower, you could see dark footprints on the bottom of the tub. Not good. The balance of the room seemed quite clean and well-maintained. Perhaps the dark color of the carpet prevents the management from being full aware of the carpet's cleanliness.
