  My wife and I chose this hotel because of the "good reviews" it had. Purdue was playing Notre Dame and we were glad to find a room. Well, we should have slept in our car! We had a non smoking room that reaked of stale cigarette smoke! The carpet was filthy! The box springs on one of the beds had the covering torn off and cotton and springs were sticking out! And the airconditioner roared all night! It was so outdated! It would have been overpriced even if it was free!

  We stayed at the Signature Inn on a recent Friday and Saturday night. We booked 2 rooms. My sister was disturbed by people in the next room (there was a crying baby), so she booked a 3rd room. We didn't hear a thing despite being across the hall. The breakfast was great and coffee/tea were always available. The rooms also had plenty of space and included a fridge and microwave. The location was right off the highway, but set back so noise was not an issue. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short distance.

  The Signature Inn is an older hotel. I last stayed there 20 years ago. The building has been maintained and looks very fresh. I wuld suggest they change the mattresses as they are not queen sized nor comfortable.
