  After obtaining reservation online three weeks in advance for Best Quote Price, upon arrival for reqistration the hotel staff quoted a completely different price. The staff stated that online price quotes and reservations ""did not matter."" Then they wanted to charge the total cost of our stay on our credit card upon check-in rather then at checkout which was contrary to the motel policy as stated online. When I took out my laptop and showed them the policy as written on their website they continued to insist on payment upon checkin. Needless to say we did not stay at this hotel. The purpose for this review is to inform YOU as a promoter of this motels services of the ""bait and switch tactics"" utilize by them It is my impression as a reputable promoter of honest hotel and motel services that YOU would not want to be associated with such tactics or the negative feelings garnered by such behaviors and misrepresentations in the public domain in order to take advantage innocent travelers. I am unclear as to what your true responsibility is in this partnershp you have with this and other motels but I hope it does not jeopardize your credibility as a reputable website for future searches of myself, my family or the families and friends our church members.
