Well, I have stayed at many days inns in the past and have been satisfied with the facility but this one was bad. It was not in the best of shape a little weekly maintainace would solve that . The air conditioner was noisy and of all things the pool was closed which was not mentioned in the info it closes the day after labor day. It was 90 degrees the weekend we stayed. I live in tenn and it doesn't get cool around here till mid october. The breakfast was a joke there where knats flying around the juice machine in fact my wife got a couple in hers as she was pouring it. I don,t think i will be staying at any days inns in the future I have noticed a down trend lately.

07/21/2008The motel was mostly clean. they did smell clean. the smoke alarm was jerked out of wall and dangling from the wall. the cover for the smoke alarm was on ...
The motel was mostly clean. They did smell clean. The smoke alarm was jerked out of wall and dangling from the wall. The cover for the smoke alarm was on the dresser by the TV. I am not sure what was happening there, but it did make me feel slightly unsafe. The pool was nice and very clean. Overall, I would stay again.

We wanted to stop over and see Lorretta's place and Days Inn was very inexpensive compared to alternate option. We went in there and found huge two queen bed rooms with refrigators and microwave. The internet worked fine to use mapquest and the pool was huge and very clean. Probably stay here on the way back if we don't decide to drive all the way home.
