I travel alot & I would say this was a $*/nite hotel priced at $*. Breakfast was not included. You could purchase the standard free hotel breakfast for $7.95. (There is an IHOP near that was cheaper & much better) Hot tub was dirty(scum and bathtub ring all weekend). Blood on wall in elevator all weekend. Ammenities sparse. Had to ask for more towels, soap & coffee. Tub faucet was coming off. Would not stay there again.

I have traveled to Shreveport servral times within the last 6 months,stayed at a different hotel each time. I am pleased to say this was my best experience todate being in a clean & smoke free hotel. The exercise room & indoor pool were very clean. The breakfast was very original to taste with a buffet of hot fresh delicious entrees & fresh fruits. LOVED IT & will visit again.

05/05/2006It was clean, pretty, the people were friendly and helpful. when the internet did not work, they came and fixed it. what else can you ask.
