  That is it in a nutshell; this facility is old and worn, in need of upgrading. The carpeting has numerous ware holes and lifts/buckles that are several feet long. The bath tub/shower floor was worn and appeared dirty, the shower curtain had an odor of mildew. The "breakfast area was a guest room converted with a few tables and chairs and the food selection was sparse. By comparison I stayed at a Comfort in in Linclonton, NC the next night and it was much nicer, had a a much cleaner and newr appearance and a very nice breakfast area and wide food seletion.
