Fine experience. Street access in and out was convenient. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Our room was ready and clean. As she does with all hotel rooms, my wife thought the air conditioner was too noisy. The continental breakfast was entirely adequate, fresh and on-time. All of downtown shops and restaurants were in easy walking distance for anyone who is reasonably healthy.

THE GOOD: The room was clean, as was the entire hotel. The hotel's pool and jacuzzi were nice. The bedding was terrific! The continental breakfast is included, and was very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Bavarian Inn, and Zhenders, and everything else. The staff is very nice. The other Hotels were priced from $* to $*, although they may have been a little nicer, but I prefer to save the money for eating out, and other activities. THE BAD:: No mini fridge. No place to put refrigerate any leftovers, or pop, etc. Be careful using bath tub, as it is elevated with a liner, above the height of the bathroom floor, and my girlfriend almost tripped getting out. The TV was small, about a 21"" set. OK, but not great. I personally did not like the light green colors, but the room was updated nicely other than that. They were out of the hard boiled eggs when I went to eat at 9:30. THE UGLY: None.

The room was dirty! The keys to the room did not work and we had to go down to the desk twice before we could get into the room. The walls were paper thin and management was not accomodating! They offered us nothing for our miserable stay! We would never recommend this hotel to our worst ememies!
