  Our bed was extremely comfortable (a Simmons pillow-top/had to look because I am in the market for a new one at home). The pillows were very soft...my boys, who are not very discriminating thought they were great! The hot tub was hot enough (about 102 degrees). Good temp for my children and us. The pool was approx. 80 degrees, clean and fun to swim in with the kids. Even though we stayed during ski season, it was after a freezing rain so the place was not very busy. We did not have trouble finding a spot at the pool. The staff was nice and the breakfast was well stocked with little omelettes, sausages, cinnamon buns, cereals, bagels, and bananas and oranges...lots of juice/milk/coffee and a friendly staff. Will stay agian. I am taking the time to write this review because we have had some bad experiences with other hotels in the past and I hope others who read this reviews will follow suit so I don't waste my money on other hotels.

  This is a very comfortable hotel right in the midst of the tax-free NH shopping outlets. Went on the traditional shopping weekend in the area. Hotel was very quiet in spite of being on busy Route 16. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. We didn't use the heated pool but others did and seemed to be enjoying it.
  Our only complaint was that the very young desk clerk greeted us with "What's up, guys"? and really seemed to need some serious customer service education. This was more than made up for when we later met the manager of the day who was very accomodating and friendly. Great parking lot and close to all area restaurants. The Continental breakfast was more than adequate but the room was very crowded in the two hours it was open, so we waited til some people moved on. Could be a big problem when the hotel is full. Overall, a very nice place to stay
