  First of all it's a two story building without an elevator. That's not good for those with luggage. People were in the stairwells all hours of the night because there was not an elevator. When I checked in I asked if there was internet access in the rooms, I was told there was. Well it works if your room is closer to the office and it's computer. So no they don't have computer access, in all rooms when I asked about a pass code, or key which is what my computer was asking me for, the front desk clerks didn't have a clue to what I was talking about. They didn't bother to ask any questions to find out how to help me either. The indoor pool was filthy. I was told it had been cleaned, but there were cigarett butts floating in the pool. I find it hard to believe the pool had been cleaned that day there were hundreds of cigarett butts floating in the pool. The staff itself is very un-professional. I was down stairs using the computer in the lobby when a couple wanted to switch rooms. They wanted a King single, rather than a double. The front desk clerk said she would let them change rooms but to another double it was too much paperwork to do to change to a single king room. I couldn't believe she said that. The staff allowed their children to run wild through the lobby, and hallways at all times. There are so many reasons as to why I won't stay at this hotel again, 300 words to explain it all is just not enough.

  I was woke up by the front desk at 3 AM asking who I was. My room had been left open while I was out. You could not turn off the bathroom light.

  Room was ready for early check-in, desk service was friendly and efficient, continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. very stisfactory all around.

  The hotel left much to be desired. You could feel every spring in the mattress and the A/C couldn't maintain a consistent temp - always hot or warm. The free continental breakfast offered only toast, bagels, and a couple of kinds of cereal with brown colored water for coffee. The rate for a night's stay was way out of line. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone!
