  Took my 10 year old son away for a fun weekend of snowboarding.
  We have over look the poor condition of the hotel in the past and even the poor service. But, this is unacceptable. They should have at least refunded the room. But, a month later and many calls of dissatisfaction finally said they were going to take 50.00 off my room. I lost 85.00 in the call that I paid for that my son was too tired to take the following day. I will never stay here again.

  The people that worked there would not let you check in until 5:00 p.m. which is 2 to 3 hrs after most high cost hotels.
