Superb Hotel and Service!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were oh-so-comfy, the pool was clean and at the perfect temperature, the breakfast was amazing, the service was superb, fitness room was well maintained and clean, and parking was great. When the front desk attendant noticed we were waiting for the pool to open, she approached us and told us we could go in early if we wanted to. We will stay there again! The only negative aspect was the back stairway smelled of cigarette smoke. Everything else was absolutely WONDERFUL which is probably why I forgot to mention the smoke smell to the front desk.

The facility was very clean, the building looks new, the kids enjoyed a swim in between their tournament games, the adults had a nice area --sort of a dining, lounging area which was perfect for all the parents to gather and visit, or watch TV, or hookup on the internet -- a computer was available for use or bring your own to hookup to their wireless internet. The staff made sure that coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day, cookies were baked fresh for the taking every afternoon (mmm, yummy chocolate chip cookies!!), and popcorn was also available. When we first got there, I had trouble hooking my personal computer to the wireless internet. The manager was so kind as to even come in person and fix the problem... only to find, I did not have my wireless card turned on, so it wasn't a problem with the hotel's connection -- but he was so nice as to even call their ISP provider to help me figure it out. All in all, it's a nice place for the money and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our non-smoking room smelled like a pub on game night and on top of that housekeeping decided not to stop by. When we complained the manager basically had one thing to say: ""TOUGH LUCK"". When we asked for clean towels on our third day, we were told there were no clean towels left!!!! All this is a shame, because this hotel is actually pretty nice looking, but service is the WORST EVER. I would definitely not stay there again.
