My sister lives in MN and everytime we travel to see her we stay here. We have 3 younger children and after 8-10 hours in the car they are ready for the pool. The pool is the main reason we stay here, but the overall hotel is nice also. It is a very busy place, but the front desk staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a restraunt there so we do not have to find a place to eat. The food is excellent, wait staff very friendly, and not a long wait even with the place crowded with weddings and meetings. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfy. We will continue to stay here when we travel to MN.

On December 31, 2007, my son (age 20) contacted this hotel to see if there was a room available for that evening. He is a US Marine and is currently home on leave and wanted to spend a fun evening with his friends in a place where they could enjoy the pool, eat pizza and have a nice, non-alcoholic evening and not endanger themselves by traveling on the roads on a night famous for DUI deaths across this country.
He was assured by a female clerk that yes, there was room. When he arrived at approximately 5:30 p.m., he was told by a male clerk at the front desk that he could not have the room and the person he had spoken with had left for the evening. This clerk also indicated to my son that he had to be 21 years of age in order to rent a room. As it states when booking a room online "I understand that by selecting this checkbox, I have read and accept the reservation terms & conditions stated on this page. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and at least as old as the minimum check-in age of the hotel at which I am making this reservation", through their corporate website.
I am personally appauled that this happened. My son is young, yes, BUT he is also old enough to serve and protect this country and he should be shown the respect he has earned and deserves. My son and friends were able to find another hotel to stay at for the evening and enjoyed themselves hotel chain across the street. You can be assured that in the future I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. -

I stayed here for 1 night on business. The restaraunt was closed, which was part of the main reason I chose to stay here. The front desk person was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. I would stay here again but look forward to the restaraunt being opened and new!

The motel location, service, and dining experience were excellent. The indoor aquatic center left a very bad impression. There was mold on the floor, there were big kids wrestling in the toddler pools, kids were climbing the waterslides while the pool attendants were present. The larger pool was to be closed to swimmers while the slides were in use (the first 40 minutes of each hour), but it was crowded with people even while the slides were up and running with participants landing in the water among the crowd.
The only advantage of this motel over the others in town that had indoor/outdoor pools was the indoor waterpark. That said, I will stay at another location with a pool next time. -

We stopped enroute to CO from Chicago on a family vacation. Front desk staff was wonderful and responsive to all needs. Waterpark was excellent for a quick stay for the kids; not too busy with big kid and smaller kid attractions. Only complaint was lack of roll-aways for mid-size child.
