Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The property was very well maintained. However, the pool and beach are very small, and the pool ran out of towels. Spa services were average. Great if you are only planning to golf.

Stayed for a 30th Wedding Anniversary get away. It was totally romantic. They offer a rose petal bed turn down w/ candles and bottle of champagne & chocolates. They had rose petals floating in the jetted tub & candles lite when we came back from our Wonderful dinner!! The service was WONDERFUL!! All the employees remember you by name and use your name when talking to you. They go the extra mile. They all are very well informed about the hotel and surrounding areas. Beautiful views from our room and the restaurants. Truely a Wonderful experince all the way around!!

have been to Petoskey many times during the last 19 yrs when this hotel was built always wanted to stay. This year we did. Our room was beautiful but the neighbors were a bit noisey. Told the front desk and right away she apologized and moved us to an even better room class service for a class place. We will definately stay again! as in the other reveiw WOW!
