I stay in hotels 2-3 nights per week and have done so for 10 years. This was by far the worst experience ever. At arrival, several employees at the front door smoking, including the desk attendant. First, the room I booked wasn't available (no other option and it happens sometimes) so I got a handicap accessible room. Check in took over 15 minutes with no one else in line. The attendant didn't seem very capable of dong her duties. Once in the room, the floor was nasty and the room had a bad odor. The bathroom was missing shampoo and soap and still had trash in the trashcan from the last poor traveler. Worst of all, the handicap shower attachment was broken. It shot water in all directions and the attachment that held it in place hands free was broken so you had to hold it the entire time. High speed wireless seemed more like 28k dial up. Breakfast was almost non-existent and very poor. Finally, at checkout I screwed up and asked for a second copy of the receipt. After 15 minutes I asked what was taking so long and she (same person as when I checked in) said she was making up a copy of the receipt. Finally, after 20 minutes she hands me a typed out MS Word document with my information on it and the price. Not a receipt, just a Word document typed out. At this point I finally had to laugh. Worst ever. Take my word, don't stay here.
