The condo was okay. We expected if it was a condo that there would be a washer and dryer available in the unit but there was not. This was somewhat disappointing. The kitchen was nice and overall it was a bit outdated but clean. Our unit was close to the street and there was major construction going on across the street and there was major tree trimming going on. This all started at the wee hours of 6:00am!!!! It was quite unpleasant. An inner codo unit would be a better bet.

Very nice room, comfortable. At 7pm we found out there was no hot water. Maintenance came up very shortly to turn on water heater. The grounds were beautiful, room was very spacious. Ocean view was beautiful.

This was a nice property. Grounds are beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Our unit was ok. Needs updating and a good cleaning. We were a little dissappointed in the location of our unit. Though technically an Ocean Front unit we felt Ocean View would have been more appropriate. We thought we were purchasing the 500 building but ended up in unit 332. Just not how I pictured it when I planned the trip. The pool is very nice and we never had a problem getting a lounge chair.The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. There was a too small TV in the living room and it was placed in a way that made watching it awkward and uncomforable. All the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. Short walk to Coconut Marketplace. Fun shopping and good eating at Eggberts. This is a great place for familes with small kids.

Easy check-in after hours. Lots of room, although a second TV would've been good. No airconditioning but ceiling and floor fans did a good job along with the breeze. Pool is good sized. Beach is very close. Grounds are well maintained. Housekeeping respected privacy notice and left towels outside. Beds not super comfy but adequate. We were upgraded to an ocean view without being told-no complaints here. Good stay for the money.
