Clean, comfortable, almost luxurious in the room's appointments, with high quality linens and service items. A hot breakfast offered a variety of choices. Front desk folks were helpful and friendly, recommending a nearby Greek restaurant that served more-than-abundant meals. When I thought I'd left my cell phone behind, I returned to the hotel and received excellent assistance from both the front desk and the cleaning staff. The only negative is that the hotel is on a very busy street (US 1) but, once inside, the noise of the traffic is not noticeable.

Just stayed for 4 nights. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Very, very clean. The beds are so comfortable! Great bedding as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and spa. Nice hot breakfast, buffet downstairs.A free newspaper waiting outside your door. Hotel and grounds nicely maintained. This will be our hotel every year...loved it!

Hotel staff is friendly and accomodating! The kids loved the board games in the lobby and the large pool. Free hot breakfast was great and is a big help for families. New bedding is really comfrotable and clean. This is the ONLY place I'll stay while on the NH Seacoast from now on!
