    My family and i stayed at this hotel a few months ago and everything went great. it was no different this time. we had a pleasant stay with no problems.

    The staff at this hotel was rude and not helpful at all. in the middle of the night i need some change for the soda machine and the front desk ...

    The staff at this hotel was rude and not helpful at all. In the middle of the night I need some change for the soda machine and the front desk agent was no where to be found. I do believe she was asleep in the back.

    Over the past several years, I have stayed at various hotels in this area. So far, this has been my best experience staying at a hotel in the Columbus area. The hotel appeared to be well maintained and the staff was nice and friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and neat. I also enjoyed using their pool, hot tub, and gaming area. This hotel also, served up fresh baked cookies in the evening and had a great variety of complimentary breakfast items in the morning.
