Tried three different rooms and all bathrooms had urine and feces on toilets and toothpaste still in sink. Could not get anyone at the front desk to help and was told that the manager and cleaning crew were already gone for the day. Ended up having to leave and find another hotel for the 3 nights. Did not even unpack my suitcase. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who cares for cleanliness and customer service. You will NOT find it here.

Booked a suite and a room. Booth were VERY dirty. Carpets need washing or replacing. Baths and sinks were old, stained and chipped. Surfaces had long ago lost their sheen and were heavily stained and marked. THis is my first (and last) time in a Howard Johnson Motel. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

We had an original stay period of three nights. Due to weather conditions we decided to leave a little early to miss the weather. This seemed to really throw the hotel and online travel website off track and I had to book a whole other trip day and pay full price for the room. If this wasn't screwed up enough I came back to the room around three o'clock to find out that someone had broken into my room. They didn't steal anything just tried to use the phone. So I was told, the staff was very dumbfounded and never offered me any explanation of the occurrence. I had to insist on receiving a new room. THe rooms were adequate and had a microwave and a refrigerator, plenty of space. I think I will be real leery of using this particular hotel in the future.

My room at the Howard Johnson/Ramada was horriable. It took me 4 hours trying to get the kind of room that I wanted. They pretended to be all booked up, but my sister had a room reserved also and when she checked in and wanted a room on the first level she was able to get one. I was there all week and was told there was nothing on the first level. My husband has heart problems and diabetes and plus my 15 month old baby. The toilets were always backed up. They charged me double for a room when usually it's that expensive. The so called breakfast was bad. Employees were not helpful at all. I will never stay there again and will make sure I tell everyone about my experience.

Hard to locate. Still has a Ramada sign out front with no attempt to cover it. I got directions from a Holiday Inn. Front desk seemed knowledgeable, but I was called late at night telling me that I had not checked in. I insisted that I had signed the papers. WHen i checked out the next morning, no mention was made of the late night call. Not all the lamps in the room were not plugged in. Poor response.
