We stayed 4 nights in Alamogordo using the Hampton Inn as our home base and took day trips to Ruidoso, Cloudcroft and Las Cruces. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. We took advantage of the exercise room, the pool and hot tub. We would stay there again.

We stayed one night. Overall was a good experience. We didn't have time to use the pool, which is a good thing because it was closed! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We have 2 little ones, and the sink in the bathroom was way too high for them to reach, and there was no stool for them to stand on. The breakfast buffet was ok - decent selection. Staff was friendly. Room was clean except for what looked "crumbs" in the bed -- maybe the maid was snacking at the time she was changing the sheets?? The hallway was very hot, and so was the room when we first got in at 10PM. Good location - near restaurants and Gas. I would stay here again.

we stayed here for two nights. we had a room with a microwave, refrigerator, and two queen beds. the beds were awesome. 4 full size pillows on each bed, big fluffy comforters, a tv with video game console, hair dryer, coffee pot, etc. very nice continental breakfast with hot items also like biscuits and gravy, eggs. the room was *$* dollars per night which isn't too bad. has a great indoor pool and hot tub also.
