  The Grand Hyatt is an enormous, and very elegant and well appointed hotel. Fantastic staff. Great rooms. Several restaurants and a tavern/pub on the property with entertainment. More angled at tourist travel and weddings than business travel. HOWEVER, I was disapponited to find that the rooms did not have high speed internet access. Only certain areas in the hotel had wi-fi and the business office. A huge inconvienience if you are on business travel and you do not want to drag all your business material down to the lobby area or the business office with you. The hotel does not advertise this fact very clearly. You arrive assuming you will have internet access because it is a ""HYATT"". The Hyatt Regency, another Hyatt property in the same town and only about ten minutes away, has very good in room high speed internet access. The hotel is only slightly smaller than the Grand Hyatt in the way of on-property restaurants, but this hotel is far better for business travel and the rooms are just as nice as in the Grand. This a better buy and provides better business services. Closer to the Fukuoka airport (5 minutes) as opposed to 20 minutes for the Grand Hyatt.
