second stay at this hotel . two of three nites we were not given hand towels of face cloths . Had to ask for them . I had called nite before arrival and asked if breakfast was included in room price , was told that breakfast was complimentary . When I mentiond this at check in I was told it was not , i was told that because I had reserved thru an agent ( travelocity ) on line I could not get complimentary breakfast . I would have to upgrade to a more expensive room & that was not possible because of how I had reserved ( on line ) .
Over all I would reccomend this hotel for family trips pool is GREAT . However we were not as satisfied this time . Staff are friendly , as for the restaurant , food is good & staff are excellent

Great hotel
07/25/2007We really enjoyed this hotel the suite was very spacious,perfect for our family of four.the children of course enjoyed the waterslide!the buffet breakfast was excellant.

Very attentive, friendly staff. Though they were unable to exchange $100.00 US currency into Canadian. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Close proximity to several good restaurants. Didn't eat in hotel dining room so I can't comment on their food. Great family hotel, kids will love the pool and indoor slide. Will definitely stay there when I visit Toronto again. Its only about a 25 minute drive to downtown TO.
