  The cleanest hotel/motel I've stayed at in a long time. If all were like this one, we wouldn't need reviews. Great staff, friendly, and did I mention CLEAN! How refreshing.

  We were overnighting for a race in bristol, and i was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. everything was spic and span and worked like it was supposed to.

  I always stay at this hotel whenever I fly from Dallas to TRI airport. It is so close to the airport. When I make the 21/2 hours drive from my destination to take an early flight out the next day, it is nice to know that I will have a good nights sleep in a clean and great location. The staff is always wonderful and I always get everything that I have asked for with my room. I love the place and will always stay there whenever I'm in town. The front desk people are the best. I travel alot all over the world and know just how important that is. Thanks everyone!!

  We hate hotels and this made us feel at home. The sheets were soft and the towels were better quality than the usual. The exercise room had a treadmill, eliptical and another item. Breakfast was substantial, boiled eggs, biscuits, sausage, make your own waffles, and the usual cereals. The room only had a shower (substantial size). I might check to see if they have rooms with tubs if you have children. The hotel itself is right off I-81, unlike you would think looking at Kingsport is on the map. It is a quiet exit good for the rest you need while traveling.
