- The lobby, restaurant,and lobby bar will be renovated from Apr 27 to June 30, 2009. Food and beverage will be available in Characters Bar & Grill, and Room Service, as usual. Signage directing guests to a temporary front desk will be prominently displayed. Wyndham regrets any minor inconvenience this may cause.

I’m sorry to say however the stay at the hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever been in. When checking into the hotel, the person at the counter didn’t even say “Welcome” or “How are you?”. Instead, they went right into asking me for my name and credit card. They then said that I was going to be charged $* for incidentals! I asked what incidentals were and they said “That’s if you break something or use the phone or order a movie. It was around 3:00pm and there were only a couple other people in the bar area. I ordered a drink and a club sandwich from the menu. I took over 45min for my sandwich to be made! We got woken up at 8:00am by someone banging on the door. My wife got out of bed to answer the door to find a maid walking into the room on her own to clean it! No coffee in the Lobby in the morning! I asked the counter staff to make some more and they said they would in a while! It was only 9am. Staff very rude. High priced.

I stayed with a large group and I was pleased with the quickness of getting us up to our rooms and how they made our breakfast as smooth as possible. This hotel is clearly set up to hold large groups. The breakfast in the morning wasn't very good. The eggs and potatos were all processed and the muffins seemed stale. I might stay there again, but definatelynot eat there
