  We stayed here for three nights as part of an Arizona Adventure through Internal International. The Inn was lovely, clean, well maintained and great landscaping. A little dusty in the parking lot, as they are adding on to the Inn next door. Our room was wonderful-a large bedroom shared with an equally large living room and kitchen. The bed was wonderful too! Our view was of the parking lot, but it didn't matter. We enjoyed the pool and spa very much. They do try to get you to take part in a timeshare presentation, but we declined. We liked the location, which is really a short way from downtown Sedona. It was much quieter and there is an IGA grocery store just a few blocks away. The Red Rocks are really just outside the resort. We would certainly stay there again.

  When I booked this hotel, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for 19.95, and instantly agreed. I had to remind the staff about the upgrade at check-in. They seemed reluctant to do it, but I'm glad they did! The suite was wonderful! Big, clean, quiet, great master bath, but not a great view. But the price is great! Was disappointed to hear that all the restaurants adjacent to the hotel were closed permanently, which means a small trek to find good food.

  I booked a room for myself, mom and grandmother (doesn't do stairs) for 3 nights in a double queen first floor room pool view and king bed jacuzzi room ...

  I booked a room for myself, mom and grandmother (doesn't do stairs) for 3 nights in a double queen first floor room pool view and king bed jacuzzi room for my honeymoon night. Upon arrival, we were put on 2nd floor w/ 1 king bed. So they moved us across the hall w/ 2 beds. The 2nd night they gave us a room already booked by my in-laws. We moved a fourth time. My wedding night they put us in a handicapped bedroom on the 2nd floor. When I asked for compensation, they gave me a 10% discount. No apologies, but they had no problem taking in 20 rooms for my wedding.
