Went there with low expectations. Was met by a very clean room, free soft drinks, free beer and drinks (3 per adult guest),free hot breakfast, free late run movie DVD rentals. I was just in Chicago at a $400 per night hotel which nickeld and dimed me to death, even charged me $1 a minute for local calls. I would much rather stay here. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of every resteraunt you would ever need to go to. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. If you have a choice this is the place to stay.

We felt like we were family from the time we arrived until we left. I can't think of a single employee that we saw that didn't speak to us & they were all friendly! I told my wife that I thought their hiring slogan had to be ""We hire smiles!"" The staff was also helpful in helping us decide which restaurant to go to. We stayed in a Marriott the next night (that was arranged by the company I was working for) and found that it in no way came up the the standards that were set at the Drury the previous night. The room was smaller and no nicer. In fact the heat was very loud at the Marriott. Not only were there no free long-distance calls like at the Drury, but they even charged $1.00 for local calls. We really enjoyed the free popcorn & drinks along with a free movie. We expected free internet at the Marriott but found that they charged $12.95/day instead of getting it free like we did at the Drury. The free breakfast was pleasant & the lady helping us even volunteered to get some brochures to help us decide which sites to see in St. Louis. We also appreciated the fact that there was no access to pay-for-view porn. If they had adequate meeting facilities, I would have recommended that the company use the Drury next time!

Great staff, service and location! We were put in a room with a minor ceiling leak (only about 1 drop every minute), but we told the front desk and they graciously offered a certificate for a free stay with them again! Large hotel and fully booked, but the indoor/outdoor pool wasn't crowded and it was fantastic for the family. The room was large, enough for adults, three kids and a baby playpen. Breakfast was a little busy, but we enjoyed the good food.
