This hotel is a total nightmare. The staff is rude and malicious. TWICE I have stayed here, checked in for a non-smiking room, and got put in the "special wing" not attached to the hotel, that wing is a giant ash tray, they have non smoking rooms on the first floor, and smoking on the second, the smokers all hang off their second floor balcony to smoke, and the non-smoking rooms below gets smoke in them via the AC directly below the smokers, oh, and they actully made it a giant ash tray on the ground below to compensate for the smokers on the second floor fliking cigarettes off their balcony. the first time this happened, we just left given there wasnt a suite avail and the hotel was sold out, the second time this happened, we got the 180.00 suite given they were going to put us in the ash tray area again and the suite was all that was left. Did the rude gril at the counter try to compensate us AT ALL, NO, she said they had NON-Smoking rooms in the "special smoke wing" and us not taking it was our problem, no matter if I have an asthmatic reaction to their so called non smoking room. So here we were in our pricy suite trying to make the best of it, and the AC was out, the room was very hot, we asked for my AC to be fixed, and they sent up a bouncer from the grizzly bar downstairs that got up in my face so bad I had to tell him to step off. My husband and I left our hot 80 degree parlor suite and hit the road back to Seattle, it was a long night. Not for NON-SMOKERS! BEWARE!

The room for four of us was small, poorly laid out and located right above the nightclub. The patio sliding door opened behind the desk-not too easy to access. The room was small most likely due to the large size furniture in it. The TV didn't work until we had maintance come fix it. The worst was waiting until 2am for the dance club to close so the walls stopped shaking. Overall not thrilled with this place.
