My family stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend and we were very disappointed. Normally we select economy priced hotels and almost always find pleasant places to stay with free breakfast and free wireless internet included at low cost. For this particular trip, I wanted to do something a little more special so I splurged on what I hoped would be a nice suite style hotel. I specifically checked to be sure there would be wireless internet and was assured there was, so I booked the room. What they did not mention at any point was that the wireless internet costs $9.95/day to use in your room in addition to the room fee. I thought this was obscene and if I had known it in advance, I would never have chosen this hotel. I asked about this policy at the desk and was told by a smug employee that they offer free wireless access in the lobby so I was welcome to use that if I didn't want to pay. I thought that was also obscene since hanging out in the lobby was not exactly how I wanted to enjoy my stay when I had paid a high rate for a nice comfortable two room suite. To make it worse, for each laptop we signed on, we were charged the fee. The extras were refunded later, but only if you ask for the refund on the multiple charges. Again, at this price point, the whole policy was infuriating when free in-room wireless access at cheap hotels is the norm these days. There were multiple other disappointments which made this stay very unpleasant and I would strongly encourage people to book elsewhere if you are considering this hotel.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL, ALTHOUGH IT WAS IN A QUIET LOCATION THAT IS ALL WE CAN SAY ABOUT IT. THERE WAS A BAD SMELL IN THE STAIRWAY AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY DISAPPOINTING, OUR CARPET IN THE BEDROOM WAS VERY BADLY STAINED (LOOKED LIKE DRIED BLOOD!!!!!!!!) STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. DID NOT GET MY COOKIE EITHER.

The hotel was located in a quiet open area, close enough to the city but away from traffic. Desk help was always friendly and helpful The lobby/restaurant was appealing-food was good. The pool area is very nice and private. The cookies at check in are unbelievable!

This room was okay, but in my opinion it was overrated. On another site it had a high rating - I don't understand why. It was clean, but it smelled like smoke everywhere - in the hall, in the rooms, etc. The walls must be somewhat thin b/c the noise was higher than I'm used to hearing in a hotel. However, it was nice to have the bedroom area seperate from the suite, which may work well for a family. Note: no continental breakfast; but there is a restaurant.
