  Family booked NON smoking room, late arrival gave us a room that was supposed to be non smoking but was located on a smoking floor (2); HELLO you smelled the smoke. The next morning after complaint they took that night off my bill GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They found us a room at end of 1st floor that was non-smoking; however the entire hotel smelled of smoke. The hotel was clean, room size good, towels thin but okay. Breakfast not my thing, muffins and such. If you do not mind the smell of smoke or you are a smoker, this is a good place to rest your head. Spent 2 nights. Would not stay again due to smoke. MWest, Florida

  The front desk staff, housekeeping, and check-in staff were all friendly. They had good advice about going to Six Flags. However, it is in a gated area outside and was a nice temperature, warm, but not overly warm.

  Beds were WAY too soft, and pillows were the crumb foam type which are never comfortable in my opinion. Although a non smoking room, there were cigarette burns on the nightstand and bedspread.

  We stopped here while traveling across country, The rooms were comfortable, they let us use the pool later than posted. Denny's is right next door and gas stations are nearby to get fuel before you hit the road.
