  They gave away our room, and then gave us the key so we walked in on the other people sleeping. then the room that they traded for us was only ...

  They gave away our room, and then gave us the key so we walked in on the other people sleeping. Then the room that they traded for us was only 1 bed for 5 people, and would only fit one roll away. They promised us a full refund and coupon for a free stay, but we had to fight for even the refund in the morning. We would NEVER go back to a drury inn again!

  I was really impressed with the front desk staff. They were friendly and printed out directions for places we wanted to go. The rooms were very clean along with the rest of the hotel. The pool was small, but great for an afternoon swim. My kids and I enjoyed staying there very much.
