    We stayed here for three days to attend a family event. The facility is spacious and our room was wonderful but mainly, I want to mention a helpful and knowledgeable staff who helped us find everything we needed. Wow, I was really impressed

    This is the third time in 2 years we've stayed at this Residence Inn (out of 3 trips). Need we say more? It's quiet, and well situated in North San Diego County (from San Diego, Fallbrook, etc.). The personnel are experienced and capable--and make one feel welcome. It's clean and well-maintained. The free breakfasts have something for everyone--and apples, bananas, and oranges are available to grab on one's way to one's room. While there, check out the restaurant at Tip Top Meats--about 1 mile away.

    Didn't get the room that I was guaranteed when I booked this hotel. When I ask about it they wanted to know the first and last name of the person that booked it for me. I had the first name - - however "there is more than one Mike here" was their excuse. They never made up for it, or offered to. Overall though the place was clean and reasonably priced. A lot of military seem to stay there and the fact they take dogs was a plus.
