Stayed two nights (not consecutively) in two different rooms. The rooms were identical. Beds were very comfortable with lots of great pillows too! The place was clean and attractive. Breakfast was good but not much hot food. Plenty of variety though and replenished often. The staff was excellent. The area felt safe to be in. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this room because we had an early morning flight out of Iager airport. We live 2hours away. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, curteous and helpful with all my questions and had coffee in the lobby eve at 4am. When requesting our wake up call, the clerk even offered to sleep in late for us. A bit of humor and a smile goes a long way.

The room, which was a bit smaller than some, was clean (with the exception of the window and its frame, both of which needed some scrubbing) and comfortable. I particularly liked the very soft (foam mattress?) bed. The TV was of the older CRT type and did not have many cable channels. The breakfast provided the typical choices (hot and cold cereal, waffles, fruit, pastries, etc.) and was quite good. I especially liked the location of the Fairfield Inn -- it is close to the river walk, downtown, mall, and a movie theater. The desk staff members were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

Very friendly staff! Comfortable beds. Centrally located. Just off I-64 (exit 100). Great restaurant nearby - Soho's. Continental breakfast was standard. Clean with nice comforter. Plenty of room in King room with couch and desk. 100% smoke free rooms ~ some have faint odors by those that don't comply. Only complaint was one sheet that had some purple stain inbedded in it. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, we would stay here again! Hands down, the staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean & comfortable and roomy, as was the hotel overall. Very nice continental breakfast selections. For the money and the location, it was a real deal!
