  Clean, comfortable room. friendly staff. average continental brkfst. hotel is a little hard to locate, being 8 miles off the highway, and a block or two off the main 'drag' .

• Convenient and price is right

  This place looked a little down at the heels (grass in front not cut, carpet was dated) but it was clean and convenient to lots of restaurants and the university. ...

  This place looked a little down at the heels (grass in front not cut, carpet was dated) but it was clean and convenient to lots of restaurants and the University. The price was right. Breakfast was pretty minimal - your basic Cheerios and a bagel type fare.

  Excellent basic hotel room. There really are no frills to this hotel, but everything was clean and comfortable, and I felt it was a great deal for the price. The bathroom was tiny (the door nearly hit the toilet and the tub when you opened it, but it was clean and worked fine--the sink was outside the bathroom). Pool and whirlpool area was small; I didn't have time to use it even though it looked very well kept and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly--one let me use his personal computer to check my e-mail. Location was very near Ball State University, which was why I was visiting Muncie.
