The hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's not great if you plan on spending a lot of time in the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. You really need to have a rental car to stay here (which you don't need if you are spending a lot of time in town and don't want if you're drinking on Bourbon Street). But it was great for my purposes. Two minutes away is a strip with almost every chain store and restaurant. The pool is small, but clean and quiet. The room was nice - comfortable bed, small couch and coffee table, large tv, free internet, very clean. I was a female traveling by myself and felt very safe at this hotel and in the area.

On my recent visit to your hotel I found it extremely neat and clean. My check-in was quick and efficient which helped me get in my roon faster. I was really tired. My exit was facilitated by the speedy check-out procedure. The hotel was quiet and I will return there. Deborah

AVERAGE TO BELOW ABOVE AVERAGE. POOL WAS DISAPPOINTING , SAUNA HOT TUB WAS NOT CLEAN AND NOT USABLE. EXERCISE ROOM DISAPPOINTING. TV IN ROOM HAD POOR PICTURE QUALITY. FRONT DESK PERSONNEL VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.
