The room was clean and loved that it came with own fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Pool was centrally located in the hotel and continental breakfast was good. Hotel had a great location next to a cinema, quite a few restaurants and bars. Loved the free shuttle service to and from airport as well as Mall of America. Overall, worth every penny to spend there!

My family and I arrived on March 25th, 2008 to spend spring break close to the MOA. Our overall stay was nice but had a couple small minor problems. Having 4 kids, it was important to have a suite in order to have sufficient room for everyone to move about. The suite we had was perfect size but the ventilation wasn't very good. The bedroom had adequate air-conditioning but the living room (where our kids slept) felt warm and stuffy. Though the ceiling fan helped a bit, the temperature in the room had to be 80+ despite the room thermostat set at 40. After talking with the front desk, we were encouraged to open the bedroom window to allow fresh air in and to cool off the livingroom. It definately helped. The other problem we had was that the lock on the bathroom door didn't work and the front door latch that prevents someone on the outside to come in didn't work. Our 14 mos old was able to get out of the room into the hallway. We had to place a chair behind the door to prevent the little one from getting out. Needless to say, while we were out the following day at the MOA, the hotel sent the "fix it guy" to our suite. By the time we came back from the mall, our suite was cooler, comfortable and safer (the latch on the front door was repaired). The staff was EXTREMELY friendly which made complaining very difficult. In the future, I would have NO PROBLEM staying here again. Oh, and breakfast was wonderful. Much better than the average hotels I've stayed in. So, if you're planning to stay here or considering it, I wish you luck with your vacation and your sleeping experience. God Bless!
