09/22/2009Suite was very spacious and clean. only complaint was circuitous route to get there, which has to do with alabama highways, not the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were ok, and open pretty late. The breakfast was something I stopped going to after the first day, and while not great was edible. Rooms were pretty clean, although on the third day for some reason they didn't clean the room. Bed and particularly pillows were really comfy. Saw a roach in the elevator, and it looked huge to me, but my friend said it was a small one, and that was the only bug I saw in the 4 days there. Most worrisome aspect: lack of security. The side/back doors the need a key to enter from, opened without one, and the maids left the door open to my room twice. Not just unlocked, but open with my suitcase and everything in plain view. I'd still stay there again, it was right off the highway and easy to get around from.

I had paid more than if I came off the street. There was sand in and on the bed sheets!YUK! They placed me in a Jacuzzi Room-had finger prints on glass in bath-used soap in shower-some rooms were left open and found out the maids let there friends stay in jacuzzi rooms everynight!Coffee maker still had old hardend coffee in it.Could hear everything from hallway. Can't say anything nice....I was really upset!!!!!
